By accessing or using CandyXPDF’s online PDF conversion service, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CandyXPDF.

2. Definitions

  • Service: The online PDF conversion platform provided by CandyXPDF
  • User: Any individual or entity using the CandyXPDF service
  • Content: Any files, documents, or data uploaded to or processed through the service

3. Eligibility

4. User Obligations

6. Service Limitations and Liability

6.1 Service Availability

  • CandyXPDF provides service “as is” without absolute guarantee of uninterrupted performance
  • Temporary service interruptions may occur for maintenance

6.2 Liability Limitations

  • Maximum liability is limited to the cost of service used
  • CandyXPDF is not responsible for:
    • Data loss during conversion
    • Consequential or indirect damages
    • Third-party content uploaded by users

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Encrypted file processing
  • Automatic file deletion after conversion
  • No permanent storage of user files

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Canada
  • Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario

8.2 Arbitration

  • Disputes will first attempt amicable resolution
  • Binding arbitration may be used for unresolved conflicts

9. Service Termination

  • CandyXPDF reserves the right to terminate service for:
    • Terms of Use violations
    • Suspicious activity
    • Non-compliance with user obligations

10. Modifications to Terms

  • CandyXPDF may update terms periodically
  • Users will be notified of significant changes
  • Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance
